What is Coaching?

As a coach, I help you get clear on your goals, values, and motivations so you can keep moving forward.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership between coaches and clients that helps clients move beyond feeling stuck, deepen their self-understanding, and helps them make purposeful decisions with confidence.

Through the process of building self-awareness, clients gain clarity around their strengths, motivations, and personal truths so they can move forward with intention in their lives, careers, relationships, and whatever they’re ready to explore next.

Coaching differentiates itself from therapy, mentorship, and consulting as it is client-driven and focused on self-led defined solutions.

Why Coaching Works?

We are all wired differently with mental maps shaped by the experiences, environments, and stories that have influenced us over time. Sometimes, those maps create self-limiting beliefs, doubts, or patterns that make it harder to move forward in the ways we want.

Coaching gives us the space to look at these maps with curiosity, to understand where they come from, and to gently bring new light to them. Through that awareness, we can begin creating new neural pathways that support growth, possibility, and a more intentional way of moving through the world.

My Approach

I pull from several frameworks for my coaching work, and my main approach is based in the Co-Active coaching model. The Co-Active coaching model starts from the belief that you're already naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. You don't need fixing, you just need space to get clear on what you already know.

That means my work is rooted in understanding you as a whole person, follow what actually comes up in the conversation, and pay attention to what's underneath the goal you walked in with. In practice, that might look like coming in to figure out a career pivot and leaving with a clearer sense of what success actually means to you now and not just what the next move should be.
