About Yael
My Work as a Coach
I’m a coach who cares deeply about helping people navigate change and figure out what comes next. My goal is to help you get clear on what matters to you now, recognize the strengths you already bring with you, and turn those into forward momentum. I believe coaching works best when it’s built on trust, honesty, and mutual accountability, so I aim to create a space that reflects those values. I see coaching as a partnership where we define success together and work toward it with clarity and confidence.
My own career has been non-linear, spanning theater, finance, and tech, which has taught me firsthand how important curiosity, growth, and adaptability can be. Along the way, I've also navigated significant personal transitions, including being a caregiver for a very ill parent and moving through the grief and loss that followed. Those experiences deepened my appreciation for building resilience, perspective, and the complexity of navigating caregiving, loss, career, and life decisions all at the same time.
The Last Decade in Work Experience
Over the last decade, I've built my career across Customer Success and Learning & Development, having had the opportunity to work at companies like LinkedIn and monday.com. In these roles, I’ve partnered with Fortune 500 organizations, the public sector, non-profits, and high growth start-ups on large-scale implementations, adoption strategies, and complex transformations.
This work gave me a broad perspective on how organizations operate, how people grow, and what it takes to create change that actually sticks. What I kept finding was that my strongest work lived at the intersection of people, process, and enablement. That's where I'm most energized: enabling teams, guiding leaders through change, and helping organizations navigate growth with clarity.
While I now work as a CSM at a start-up, I’ve also expanded upon my work to offer workshops for client-facing teams and consulting for Customer Success organizations building their foundations from the ground up.
Outside of Coaching
Outside of coaching, you can find me cooking up a storm, going to see the latest play, and taking trips to recharge in upstate New York. I also love a good podcast and am currently finding joy listening to Amy Poehler’s Good Hang.
