Hi, I’m Yael. I am a coach and facilitator who helps people and organizations navigate change and figure out what comes next. Drawing on skillsets I developed from a non-linear career and my own experience moving through life’s hardships, I bring deep empathy and grounded perspective to every coaching relationship. I am currently completing the NYU SPS Executive Coaching Program and working toward my ACC Certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The name, Firefly Insights, was inspired by the soft, golden glow of fireflies. This is something I first encountered after moving to the East Coast after growing up in California. There's something quietly powerful about a creature that carries its own light, and it felt like the right metaphor for coaching: a practice driven by the aha moments and powerful insights we uncover about ourselves.
